Hey I'm Henry 👋
Nice to meet you all.
I’m Henry — a men’s coach and the founder of True North Men.
I was originally born in New Jersey but have lived in the UK for most of my life.
In February 2023, my (now ex-)wife and I moved to Slovenia to start a new life, as we’d had enough of the rat race — commuting into London most days — and I felt like I wasn't living a life true to myself - I wanted to live close to nature and feel free. Since then, I’ve spent time in Germany, Slovenia, and Austria, but Slovenia feels like home to me and the place I want to settle.
I’ve been wanting to build this community for quite a while and finally decided to just do it. Through my own experiences and challenges, I’ve learnt how easy it is for men to lose direction, get caught up in old conditioning, and to live lives that don’t feel truly ours, after all, this was me a couple of years ago.
This community is here to change that. It’s a space for men to find clarity, reconnect with their values, and live in alignment with their True North — supported by brotherhood.
I’m really excited to walk this path with you all and get to know you all on a deeper level soon.
