THE 3-DAY SILENCE CHALLENGE
Most people have never actually met their own mind.
They’ve lived inside it their entire life — been shaped by it, controlled by it, swept along by it — but never once stopped to look at it directly.
This challenge asks you to look.
Three days. One practice per day. Less than 10 minutes each.
Day 1 — The First Watch.
You will sit quietly for 3 minutes and observe your thoughts without following them. That’s it. No technique, no breathwork, no journaling. Just watching. For many people this is the first time they have ever done it.
Day 2 — The Label.
Throughout the day, you will catch 3 charged thoughts and give each one a single word. Worrying. Judging. Ruminating. Just the label — and then let it pass. You will notice something unexpected happen when you do.
Day 3 — The Gap.
Before one reaction today, you will take one slow breath first. That breath is the gap between stimulus and response. Inside that gap is where everything changes.
