Now, bring your awareness to the very core of your being, deep within your chest. Imagine a tiny, warm spark of light residing there – your inner flame, your true essence.
With each slow, steady breath, watch as this spark begins to grow. It expands, radiating a gentle, soothing light. Feel its warmth spreading through your chest, down your arms, into your fingertips.

Now, let that inner light continue to grow, moving upward, through your neck, into your head, enveloping your entire being. It forms a beautiful, shimmering sphere of light around you, a protective orb, extending just beyond your physical form.
This is your Shield of Serenity. It is strong, yet permeable, allowing only positive, benevolent energies to enter, while deflecting anything that does not serve your highest good. Feel its gentle warmth, its comforting presence. Within this shield, you are safe, you are grounded, you are protected.
Hold this feeling of peace and protection. Know that as we explore powerful topics today, you are held securely within this sacred space you have created.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and with a final deep breath, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, focused, and completely present.
