🌙 A Moon-Day Magickal Meditation
Prepare.
Sit in a quiet, dimly lit space. If you wish, place a bowl of water or a moonstone before you to honor the Moon’s reflection.
Breathe.
Inhale deeply, letting cool, calming air fill your lungs. Exhale slowly, releasing restlessness and tension. With each breath, you sink into stillness.
Visualize.
Above you, the Moon rises — silver and luminous. Its light drifts down like gentle waves of water, washing over you in a glow of calm. You feel its rhythm, steady and eternal, like the pull of the tides within your own body.
Affirm.
Whisper softly, or speak in your heart:
"On this Moon-Day, I open to wisdom and dreams. I flow with intuition, calm, and clarity.I honor my emotions and walk gently in truth. I am guided. I am balanced. I am whole."
Ground.
Imagine silvery roots extending from your feet, weaving into the Earth, glowing faintly like moonlight on water. You are both grounded and fluid, strong yet adaptable.
Close.
Take three soft breaths, as if breathing moonlight into your body. When you open your eyes, carry this calm, intuitive glow with you into your day.
Remember the Universe, Solar System, and Earth are made for you. Give thanks to the Creator.
