How to Book Your Spot
Want to join one of my small-group training sessions? Booking your spot is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Members" Tab
On the left-hand side of the community page, you'll see a menu. Click on "Members".
2. Find My Profile
You'll see a list of all community members. My profile (Chris Lyons) will be at the top of the list. Click on my name.
3. Send the Message
A window will pop up. Click the "Message" button.
4. Type the Magic Word
In your message to me, simply type the keyword for the session you want:
· `STRENGTH` for Monday/Thursday Strength Sessions
· `CONDITIONING` for Wednesday Game Speed Conditioning
· `SKILLS` for Tuesday/Friday On-Court Skill Development
I'll then message you right back with all the details to finalize your booking and lock in your spot!
