One of the biggest mistakes I see beginners make is buying products because they look expensive online.
Just because something sells for $100 on Amazon doesn't mean it's a good local flip.
When I'm sourcing inventory, I'm asking myself:
👉 Would a normal person buy this for their home?
Furniture. Home décor. Storage products. Baby gates. Coffee makers. Air purifiers.
These are products people actively look for every day.
A niche computer part, specialty crafting tool, or random electronic accessory might have value online, but that doesn't mean it will sell quickly on Facebook Marketplace.
Remember:
💡 Internet value and local value are NOT the same thing.
The fastest way to make money is buying products people already need.
What's the strangest item you've ever bought or considered buying because it looked valuable?
