I used to come in one hour before every other shop in the area and I’d have beauty supplies that I know others shops need. They’d come to my shop before the beauty supply store opens and my clients would be lined up outside to get in the chair first . I didn’t book appointments. I only took walkins . It grew my clientele so big I broke my ankle , not one but TWICE to keep up. But I’d have $500 by 12pm on a Tuesday . Lol 😂 the way I teach clientele building and pricing came from my own things I did to build clientele. I also broke all the rules. No appointments, no asking me what technique I’m doing, asking my clients to be quiet so I can concentrate on what I’m doing, telling them no they can’t bring their own products , telling them to go outside and come back in if they came in my shop without a smile, but the clients dealt with my bs. WHY. Because I do hair better than anyone else they know . Periodt. People lie. Numbers don’t. If you read this far, comment what time you come in.
