"Perfect love cast out all fear..."
What is perfect love? Have you experienced it? How does it effect your body? How does it effect your nervous system? How does it feel to let go versus losing love?
Love. It's the focus of everything from music to war, the driving force which confronts fear and speaks truth. Love scares fear. Because when love reigns, fear disappears. What are some fears in your life you wish would disappear? How can we cover them in love and make them feel seen, heard, validated and calm?
"Your fears will come upon you..." So face them. Lean into them when they come at you. Practice living love with every breath. This love is not passive, if anything it is like a scottsman going to war- he has already met death and now they are walking hand-in-hand towards fear, not to destroy it, but to be curious about it, to see where it began and how it may be healed, integrated so it does not continue to plague the bloodline. How can we perfect this love? How can we effectively communicate this love? How can we heal ourselves and our bloodlines?
