We are all in here for one reason, and that is to improve our health and fitness!
No matter what experience level you are, and no matter what your goals are, there will be something in here for you.
We want to offer the most simple and effective workouts possible, so that you don't have to stress about anything other than hitting the gym, and training hard.
Please take advantage of the segmented chats if you have any specific questions, such as dietary advice, training advice, or to share your progress pics. We even have a "form checker" tab, where you can upload videos for advice on your form, or you may even find a general good form video on there that you can learn from.
As the community grows, so will the content and the advice. So I encourage everyone here to contribute where possible, by either asking questions, or sharing advice.
And please remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question! Even the most advanced lifters will have probably asked the same question at some point.
Finally, I'd like to say - full respect to anyone who makes that decision to improve their health by walking through those gym doors. You are already a winner by doing that alone.
