The Gift of Others.
Try to explain how society often celebrates individual achievement.
The self-made person.The lone pioneer.The solitary success story.
Yet when you look closely, you will usually discover that no journey is truly walked alone.
Behind every accomplishment are relationships.
Mentors, Friends, Teachers, Family members, Encouragers.
And others who contributed something valuable along the way.
Every meaningful journey is shaped by people who helped carry the load.
Because you could immediately think of the Conversations, Moments of encouragement,
Lessons freely given, Opportunities offered, Forgiveness extended, and the
Kindness shown. Without those people, many chapters of your story would have been very different.
