My leadership framework
Welcome to The Leadership Lab
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is this:
The best leaders don’t just create results — they create other leaders.
That’s exactly why this community exists. And to give us a shared foundation, I want to outline the core Leadership Framework I’ll be teaching and sharing with you here:
The Leadership Framework
1️⃣ Self Leadership
If you can’t lead yourself, you’ll struggle to lead anyone else.
  • Developing self-awareness
  • Building habits & discipline
  • Staying true to your values and commitments
2️⃣ Team Leadership
How to earn trust and influence so people want to follow you.
  • Casting vision
  • Listening deeply
  • Building accountability & ownership in others
3️⃣ Systems Leadership
Great leaders don’t just drive results personally — they create systems so results are repeatable.
  • Clarity of process
  • Scaling influence through structure
  • Freeing up your time to invest back into your people
The Advanced Leadership Playbook
Once you have the foundation, here’s where leadership goes deeper. This is where you stop being just a “manager of tasks” and start becoming a multiplier of leaders.
Inside the advanced playbook we’ll cover:
  • Understanding human behavior patterns (DISC) → Learning how to identify different behavior styles (red, yellow, green, blue) and lead each one effectively.
  • The Power of Asking Questions → Moving from telling to coaching, unlocking growth in your people by the way you ask.
  • Helping Others Make & Keep Commitments → Guiding people to set their own standards and follow through with integrity.
  • Invitations & Follow-Up → How to challenge others to take action without overwhelming them, and how to support them after.
Why This Matters
This framework is designed to help you:
  • Grow your influence without burning out.
  • Develop leaders who go on to develop other leaders.
  • Create a culture where accountability, trust, and results thrive together.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be breaking down each of these areas into practical lessons, stories, and playbooks you can use immediately.
My challenge to you:
Think about where you are strongest right now (self, team, or systems leadership). Then ask: Where do I need the most growth to become a leader who develops other leaders?
Drop your answer in the comments — I’d love to hear where you’re at so I can tailor the content to help you most.
