As I've moved through the start of my own business and each of the steps along the way, the vision of what I want Mimir Infinite Solutions to be gets both clearer and further down the path I want to go. A moving of goal posts of sorts but in a positive, self-paced way. I've even started to get a vision of what I'd like the picture to be at my day job. It's a great feeling knowing we can see a way forward to a place we want to get to.
As we come to the end of the year, I'd love to hear the pictures and visions that are coming clearer for each of you. I say I would love to, but I'm sure I speak for everyone that we all want to hear! As a community centered around support for each other, sharing our stories, successes, and visions can help each of us to see we aren't striving alone and that we have this community to lean on when we need that little extra push or support to lift us up. We are all at different points in our journeys, so we all are experiencing different highs and lows.
I'm extremely lucky to have 3 different pictures coming into focus as we move into the new year:
- The website for Mimir Infinite Solutions is aimed to launch the first week of January and I'm starting to work out the details with my first potential client. The long term vision for Mimir Infinite Solutions is a number of small groups each centered around their mastery and focused on supporting clients where they are.
- Leading the few calls I've led here, leading 10 1.5-hour engagement sessions, and the numerous books I've been consuming have shown me the stories I need to tell, and more importantly teaching people how to tell their stories. I've started work on Storytelling course that I'm excited to share with you all, hopefully in February.
- The engagement sessions I mentioned above and the work I'm doing advancing the Asset Management program at the RMWB has got me super fired up about the potential the program has and the potential it has to shift the culture there. While we are waiting on approvals and municipal government timelines (Always long), I've been developing more engagement sessions to build a foundation of support for the program and a 2-day mini-retreat as a kick-off to the program launch in April or May.
I can't wait to see what is coming into view for each of you!
