What truth did God reveal to you today?

The Activator- I put all my feedback and responses received from today’s prompt into Gemini to get a summary of my feedback. The words that came up was Activator from the 7 people I sent my feedback request. Activator is the gifting of getting others to move towards Gods potential for them. I studied chemistry and I think of it as a catalyst. The results are going to happen slowly over time regardless of if the catalyst there but the catalyst condenses time to reach a potential. This is how I serve the kingdom.

What mask or lie did God expose? God exposes that I can hide my gifting or minimize it to please others, to not create confrontation, to not be disliked or judged. If I don’t know this is my gifting than I won’t have to take responsibility for it. I can ignore the difficult conversations, I can give tolerance in my circle who are rebellious. My wife is my first discipleship. She gets scared moving forward and shaking up her relationships for the Kingdom. When I bring Gods standards it contradicts her comfort. I know I can’t allow her to be mislead. But the conversations are hard because I have to pay the price of her frustration..

What is one thing you will intentionally live differently today?

Not ignore my gifting but embrace it and honor it as a gift to be shared rather than to hide for my own comfort. For me, it’s bearing the consequences of my gifting without self protection. As I step into this weekend I will want hold back holding my son and others high for their comfort. My action step is to stay firm in the standards that will we’ve them to grow as men of God this weekend. Not to hold them small.

Pray that I stay convicted, grounded, and firm in my identity as a child of God, heir to the throne, brother in Christ and welcome others to their identity.
