The Biology of Attachment and Healing
Hi everyone,
First of all, I apologize for the lack of activity here. I became burned out at my day job and it has taken a while to resolve all of that and get some rest. I'm back in action now and creating content for you, which you will see by the end of the weekend. I will be posting a video and some worksheets to go along with it.
In the meantime, I've just watched a Master Class by Dr. Aimie Apigian and Diane Poole Heller on the biology of attachment and early safety. It was profound because it really explains why people have so many chronic conditions they can't trace directly to trauma. There's a five session class for $297. I'm not an affiliate - I think I'm going to take it so I thought I"d share the link.
