The Human Systems Lab is the room for everyday leaders and revolutionaries holding the work of equity, culture, and belonging.
Whether you're inside as an employee or outside as a consultant, you belong here simply because you know the gap: the distance between what an organization says it's committed to and the infrastructure to hold it. You feel that gap in your body before you can name it.
This is the room where we close it, together, by putting the human back into systems change.
Here is what we do inside:
🧪 Experiment in the lab by sharing our challenges and what's working via tools and resources.
🧱 Build infrastructure, not just intentions.
🫶🏽 Hold the people holding the work.
The work is complex, and you don't have to hold it alone.
