Intro
Heya! I’m Gretchen. I am an NP and just starting my coaching biz. My background is in diabetes and metabolic disease as an NP and medical ICU as an RN. I want to integrate everything I’ve learned from medicine, my own therapy and mentorship, strength training, and lived experience to guide others from chronic stress and burnout to who they want to become.
My promise:
I do not practice power-over.
I am committed to being in co-creation with others, rooted in truth and love.
I meet people as whole humans—not problems to be fixed
My biggest challenge right now is:
- concise focus- there is so much I want to do! I find it challenging to put all that I want to do into words.
- Visibility dilemma- taking action to be seen.
