Healthcare shifts are brutal… but so are YOU. Starting October 1st, we’re kicking off the Shift Strong Challenge—a month designed to build strength, resilience, and community together.
Here’s the lineup:
Week 1: Movement (Air Squats)
👉 100 air squats over the course of each shift (break them up however you need).
📸 Post your “squat pump-up” pic for accountability.
Week 2: Nutrition (Shift Meals)
👉 Prep at least 2 shift-friendly meals using whole foods (no vending machines or gas station runs 🚫).📸 Share a photo of your meal prep containers.
Week 3: Mindset (Gratitude)
👉 Write down 3 things you’re grateful for at the start or end of each shift.
📸 Post your gratitude list once this week.
Week 4: Recovery (Mobility)
👉 Commit to 10 minutes of mobility/stretching after your longest shift.
📸 Share your favorite stretch or quick routine.

- Every completed challenge = points toward the leaderboard.
- Crush all 4 weeks → earn bragging rights + a special community shoutout.
This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and proving to yourself that even with crazy shifts, you CAN build habits that last.
