I want to share something with you before I bring it out to the public in a big way.
As I’ve been teaching and listening closely to your questions, your experiences, and what you’re really wanting beneath the technique, it’s become very clear: Most people don’t need more bowls. They need clarity, structure, and confidence so they can relax into their intuition and actually trust themselves when they play.
What’s emerging from this work in our Crystal Bowl pilot is a grounded, embodied framework for Crystal Bowl practice. One that helps you to get out of your head, feel safe and coherent in your body, know what to play and why, and eventually feel ready to share your Sound and healing field with others in a bigger way.
I’m now preparing the next phase of this work, and you’ll be the first to see it, as you’ve already helped shape it more than you know. Especially through the posts and the takeaways from the classes, these are literally blowing me away! Thank you for helping to build this practice AND creating a strong community🥰🥰🥰
