It Helps to Be Successful Before Giving Advice
Someone who is positioning as a "Content and Audience Growth Expert" pointed her community to her TikTok video where she gave three tips to get more views, specifically to get out of "Two Hundred View Jail."
They seem like okay tips, but they don't seem to work very well.
All of her videos had under 1000 views, with most around 300-400.
There's a lot of people out there talking the talk but not walking the walk. Before taking anyone's advice seriously, be sure to check what they've accomplished to determine if they actually have expertise or if they're just repeating what they heard somewhere.
