Daily Giveback 0005 - Truly Care & Strategize to Serve
You can’t fake care.
You can’t say you care, pretend to care, or even try to care.
You either care, or you don’t.
And if you don’t, people can feel it—instantly.
Because in sales, just like in life, people don’t follow information. They follow intention.
When you care, you seek to serve.
You start to perceive the pain of the people.
Here is the secret: Their pain points are where your business finds its profit points.
Think about it…
What are you more likely to spend money on?
Some teeth-whitening gel...Or a dentist appointment when you’ve got a toothache?
Pain moves people...
But if you see their pain as a solution to your pain (your quota, your bills, your goals), You’ve missed the point entirely.
It is a solution, yes—But you must never treat it that way.
You want fulfillment in business?
Then you need three things: Creativity. Connection. Contribution.
If any of those are missing, fulfillment leaks out of your life like water from a cracked jar.
Why?
Because you were created in God’s image.
God is a Creator.
So creation is wired into your very soul.
God said it’s not good for man to be alone.
How did He know?
Because even He didn’t want to be alone.
That's why He made you.
You were made for creation and for connection.
And when those two come together… you’re ready to contribute.
A man and woman connect—and they contribute to the creation of a new being.
The process of building a business that changes lives is no different.
Creative force. Deep connection. Selfless contribution.
So what do you do to start?
You ask.
But not like this: “What’s your problem?”
You ask: “What’s the single biggest challenge you’re having with [X]?”
Then you WFA: Wait For the Answer.
Then… do something about it.
Most people don’t ask because they’re afraid of the truth.
But the truth is where transformation begins.
And once you create a solution, know this: Every solution creates its own next problem.
The engine doesn’t last forever.
The warranty runs out.
The savings get spent.
All solutions expire.
So how do you become unreplaceable?
By thinking ahead.
Solving today’s problem while preparing for tomorrow’s pain.
So when it arrives—you’re already there.
Solution in hand.
You don’t love money and use people.
You love people—and use money.
Or better yet: use money to love people.
This is the rhythm of real sales:
  • Perception of the people’s pain.
  • Aspiration to alleviate it.
  • Strategization of a solution.
  • Preparation for persuasion.
Sit down and strategize a solution that is sellable.
Because like King Solomon said:
“If I have something good, I have a moral obligation to sell it to as many people as possible.”
And don’t forget—every deal must lead to a payoff for them.
If what they receive isn’t worth more than what they pay, it’s not a good deal.
Show them that their gain is greater than their cost and you’ll never feel like you're selling again...
