My name is Ahira Smith and I am known as The Grief Mending Coach. My business is called 'From Grief to Life'. I help people navigate their journey of loss with the re-education on grief, providing a safe space to face it, and learn what it means to move forward, while getting back to living in the present moment.
I have a podcast as well called 'It's Not You... It's Grief' (on Spotify and YouTube).
I am currently looking for Travel Grants to help take folks to Ghana in October. I will be conducting several workshops on Ancestral/Generational Grief. It's open to EVERYONE...All are welcome to join us on the trip. Just message me, and I will share the brochure with you.
