The best mornings I have include the following.
- No phone hours before prior night of sleep 💤
- Early wake up time (5am-6am) ⏰
- 2:00 Cold Plunge @40-45 Degrees Fahrenheit 💧
- Coffee Atleast 90 minutes after waking up ☕️
- No phone for first few hours of morning! 📱 ❌
- Journal / read Bible while drinking coffee 📖
- 10 min walk after reading 🚶🏼♂️
