One of the biggest questions I hear from coaches and service-based entrepreneurs is:
“Is the copy on my website or sales page actually working… or just taking up space?”
Let me share with you a few ways to check without hiring a full marketing team:
- Look at actions, not just views.
Traffic is great, but what matters is: are people opting in, booking calls, or buying? Track your main CTA and conversion rate. (Even a free tool like Google Analytics and/or your email software can show this.)
- Test one thing at a time.
Change a headline, a call-to-action, or an offer — not everything at once. Small tweaks reveal what actually moves the needle.
If someone landed on your page with zero context, would they instantly know:
– Who it’s for
– What problem do you solve
– What to do next
Ask a friend (or someone in this community) to read it and tell you.
Conversion isn’t a “once and done” thing. Check your numbers weekly for trends.
Copy that converts feels clear, confident, and action-oriented. It speaks to one person, one problem, one desired outcome.
If you’re unsure, post your headline or call-to-action below 👇 and let’s crowdsource some feedback together.
Sometimes an outside eye is all it takes to turn “meh” into magnetic.
