There's a sentence living in their head right now. The real reason they chose you over everyone else. The thing they'd say to a friend if they recommended you.
You've probably never heard it.
And until you do, you're guessing. Building your offer, your pricing, your whole message on what you think they value.
This week, ask one client the question directly. Why me. Why did you stay. What almost stopped you.
Then write their words down exactly. Not your version. Theirs.
That's not a nice-to-have. That's your marketing, handed to you by the only person who actually knows.
