One thing I've been learning is that feeling better doesn't always come from getting more done.
Sometimes it comes from:
• getting dressed even when you don't feel like it• seeing friends• talking to a stranger• sitting outside for 10 minutes• eating something that makes your body feel good• laughing
This weekend I realized I felt much more like myself after getting out of the house, connecting with people, and then coming home to do a few ordinary things.
It wasn't perfect. It was just life.
