Here's the thing, New Year's Celebrations are just hype. In reality, it's just another day, isn't it?
It sure feels like it, but when you're feeling LOW...
Low energy

The BEST 10 ways to pick yourself up are:
- Sleep. Every night at 9pm go to sleep.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
- Walk every morning in nature or outdoors at least.
- Read your Bible and pray morning and night.
- Watch motivational videos.
- Eat lots of fruit and vegetables of every colour.
- Read good self-growth books.
- Take vit supplements if you're lacking nutrients!
- Stop spending time with people who drain you.
- Do a hobby you love.
These 10 things may seem ineffectual but the power of these good daily habits are life changing.
Start with ONE, get used to it, then add the next one!
