Always talks about how our energy is our currency, and I've been thinking about how we sometimes burn through our reserves trying to keep up with everyone else's timeline instead of honoring our own rhythm.
Your empire isn't going anywhere just because you took a nap, went for a walk, or spent Sunday doing absolutely nothing productive. Rest is literally how we recharge our creative batteries, and creativity is what separates your empire from everyone else's carbon copy businesses.
I see some of y'all in the VIP working room grinding at all hours, and I love the dedication, but remember that sustainable success means you're still here and thriving five years from now, not burnt out next month.
