AI is not replacing the most valuable people in the room
It is making them more valuable.
As AI takes over more of the technical work, the skills that actually move people. connection, trust, communication, emotional intelligence. become the real competitive advantage.
Most people are racing to learn every new AI tool. And yes, learn the tools. I do. 😐
But the people who will win are the ones who know how to use those tools while still showing up as a human that people want to follow, buy from, and trust.
AI can write your content. It cannot build your reputation. AI can automate your follow-up. It cannot make someone feel seen.
The builders in this room already have the human side. We are just adding the tools to back it up.
