An Empowered Empath Observes Energy
One of the biggest shifts that happens in an empath’s life is this;
They stop unconsciously absorbing the energy around them… and begin observing what is actually happening internally.
Most empaths are not weak. They are simply unaware.
They walk into environments and instantly feel different emotionally, mentally and physically, but because nobody ever taught them energy awareness, they believe something is wrong with them.
But awareness changes everything.
Because once you become aware, you can protect your energy, ground yourself, set boundaries, and choose how you respond instead of reacting.
An unempowered empath absorbs unconsciously.
An empowered empath observes energy first.
