Good morning eagles! One of the biggest shifts I’ve made in speaking was when I stopped saying, “I hate speaking…” or “I’m not good at this…” and started saying,
“I Own My Voice.”
I learned from Louise Hay that our words become our reality. So I changed my words towards me, and everything else changed.
