Welcome to Wins & Progress.
This is where we keep track of the things that are actually moving.
The big wins.
The tiny wins.
The “nobody else would understand why this is a big deal, but I KNOW YOU PEOPLE WILL” wins.
And especially the progress that doesn't look particularly impressive from the outside.
✦ What counts as a win?
More than you probably think:
→ You signed a new client.
→ You made your first sale.
→ You finally launched the thing you've been sitting on for months.
→ Someone responded to your offer exactly the way you hoped they would.
→ You raised your prices.
→ You said no to something that wasn't right.
→ You finished a Weekly Mission and realised something about your business.
→ You simplified something instead of adding another strategy.
→ You made a decision you've been avoiding.
→ You tested something and it didn't work but now you actually know.
→ You showed up when you'd normally have hidden.
→ You took one tiny step toward something that still feels ridiculously far away.
It counts!
✦ Don't wait until you've arrived
Founders are incredibly good at doing this: “Yeah, but I'm not there yet.”
You hit one target and immediately move the goalpost.
You solve the problem you've been thinking about for three months and five minutes later your brain has already found the next one. 😂
So we're not doing that here.
Notice the progress while it's happening.
Because building a business isn't one giant breakthrough.
It's hundreds of decisions, experiments, mistakes, uncomfortable conversations, small improvements and ohhhh THAT'S why that wasn't working moments stacked on top of each other.
✦ Share the story, not just the result
When you post a win, tell us a little more than: “I DID IT!”
We absolutely want the I DID IT.
But give us the good part too:
→ What happened?
→ Why does it matter to you?
→ What helped you get there?
→ What did you learn?
→ What's your next move?
Your win might contain the exact insight another founder needs today.

See someone making progress?
Acknowledge it.
Ask about it.
Celebrate with them.
Especially when it's something that might look small from the outside.
We're not here to compare timelines.
We're here to keep moving.
