I'm in the middle of a 50 lot subdivision and have an offer from a big builder to buy the finished lots. I have not done full construction plans yet. How do I get close estimates of development costs? I also want to be sure I'm covering everything required by the municipality while not adding things I don't need in the forecast estimate.
Is the best rule of thumb to estimate based on linear front foot of material costs?
The project is in Weatherford, Texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
