I’ve been thinking a lot about something lately.
Most men today are not lazy.
They are overstimulated.
Our attention is constantly being pulled in a hundred directions.
Notifications.
Noise.
It’s not that men don’t want to build discipline.
It’s that the modern world is designed to keep us distracted, restless, and mentally fragmented.
And when attention becomes fragmented, something deeper happens.
Faith weakens.
Focus disappears.
Purpose becomes blurry.
You wake up one day and realise you’ve been busy for months… but haven’t actually moved forward in the things that matter.
I’m curious about something, and I want honesty here.
In your own life right now:
What is the biggest distraction you are fighting?
No need for a perfect answer. Just be real.
Brotherhood starts with honesty.
