Most people sit in their emotions and go in circles.
We don’t stay there.
We move it.
Whatever’s been coming up for you lately—don’t ignore it, but don’t let it run wild either.
Do this instead:
Take one feeling that’s been strongest for you recently.
Name it clearly.
Now ask yourself—
“What is this trying to get me to do?”
Not why it’s there.
What it’s pushing you towards.
There’s always an instruction underneath it.
Anger might be telling you to set a boundary.
Jealousy might be pointing to something you’ve been holding yourself back from.
Resentment usually shows you where you’ve said yes when you meant no.
You don’t need to share the full story here.
If you want to engage, drop the action—not the emotion.
What is it asking you to do?
