What's an opinion about work from home that most people won't say out loud?
Mine is working from home isn’t always easier. Sometimes it’s harder because people expect you to be available 24/7 while still managing kids, chores, appointments, and life. Freedom is amazing, but it still takes discipline, boundaries, and consistency.
