Hello lovelies! I’m Tara, founder of ODODO - One Day Or Day One .. you decide!

Most people build a life by accident — chasing achievements but never really feeling fulfilled. I help people design their lives on purpose, starting with regulating the nervous system and letting go of old baggage, so they can step into their new era and actually live as the main character of their own story.

I’m a proud Mum of two amazing children, through the rollercoaster of adoption, and the chief cuddler of our two bunnies, Fudge and Tipsy.

My fave drinkie .. hmm I love a cocktail but in everyday life I love a cup of mamma cacao ❤️
