Day 6: 30 Days of NOvember
One of the most difficult thing as a leader is to leave your team still working at the end of the day. I used to hang around in case anyone needed help, or I'd stay to make sure everything was locked up properly.
These days....naw. I'm out. I work with adults, and I do not need to stay and "babysit". It took me several years of exhaustion and defeat to learn this, but I got it now!!.
Go home at the end of the day. Serve yourself, protect your time and peace and NO more staying late because you feel obligated to.🫶
