Day 4: 30 Days of NOvember
Sayin No to taking on ‘just one more project'
There’s a certain kind of fatigue that comes from being good at too many things. You become the go-to, the fixer, the one who can “just take on one more.”
But here’s the truth: being capable doesn’t mean being available. You can be talented and tired. You can care deeply and still say no.
This week, I didn’t overexplain. I didn’t soften the edge. I just said, “I can’t give that the attention it deserves right now.”
And they respected it — because I finally did too.
Stop proving your worth through exhaustion. Start protecting it through boundaries.🫶
