The Year I Turned 40….
Did 40 just hit differently or was it just me?
I noticed the subtle shift happening when I turned 30 but nothing prepared me for how my body, emotions, mentality and mobility would change. I didn’t feel OLD in my mind, but my body was trying to tell me a different story.
Everyone has a story, and every story deserves to be told. Here at 40 we are maybe getting older but we are definitely wiser and we have tools to help us feel as young as possible!
