I’m so happy to share that the Fundamentals of Frequency course I’ve been developing is nearly complete! This 10-unit, self-paced experience has been a true labor of love—one that bridges the language of science with the depth of spirit to help you understand energy, consciousness, and your place within both.

Inside, we’ll explore how thought becomes reality, why your biofield responds to cosmic shifts, and how tools like mediumship, manifestation, and discernment can support your growth in grounded, practical ways. You’ll learn about the Schumann Resonance, plasma consciousness, the nature of time and the Higher Self, and even how modern physics and quantum theory mirror ancient wisdom.

Each unit includes a video lecture, companion reading, and reflection prompts designed to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life. My goal is to give you not just information, but transformation—so you can see how frequency truly shapes the human experience.

I can’t wait to share this with you soon! My plan is to have it available no later than Thanksgiving, and I’ll be offering a full preview of what’s inside before the official release.
