What Should a Newbie Community Builder do?
As a beginner, I’m choosing not to obsess over numbers. I won’t try pulling people into my community right away, I’m focusing on showing up where conversations already exist. I leave thoughtful comments in existing groups, contribute genuinely, and let curiosity lead.
Because visibility doesn’t come from promotion—it comes from participation.
Rather than broadcasting content, I ask better questions and listen closely. I observe what people really need, what they struggle with, and what keeps them coming back.
So here’s the real question:
What would make a community worth showing up for—for you?
