Tonight we’re kicking off our SLEEP EXPERIMENT with a little slumber party… because a week full of fun, games, and REALLY good prizes deserves a proper kickoff! 🎉🙌
Our short kickoff Zoom is TONIGHT, and the activities start TOMORROW in the Look Good Feel Good group!
Here’s what we need everyone to do today: 👇
✨ Get the word out to your WHOLE team. Make sure they know about tonight’s call and the week ahead! don’t assume that messaging in a team chat is going to be enough, I would privately and personally message every person on your team! 
✨ Go back into Look Good Feel Good and personally message EVERY person you’ve added. Let them know we kick off tomorrow and invite them to participate. Don’t assume they’ve seen a post!
✨ Remind them to turn ON the group notifications. We have a full day of activities planned EVERY day this week, and we want your people in on the fun and prizes! 🎁
They have to be participating in the engagement in order to win! 
Then grab your favorite wind-down drink, a snack, and your comfiest PJs, and hop on with us tonight. Yes, showing up in pajamas is the theme🥰
