Next steps in The Clarity Circle
Dear community members, great things await us on this platform this autumn. Are you ready for this?
The short version is that this community's value is about to increase exponentially and to keep people engaged in their learning journey of the top 15 meta-skills, I will host guest podcast / workshops here in English and from September 1 this community will switch to a subscription of 2$ per month which includes my promise to deliver 15-20 minutes materials on each of the 15 meta-skills and at least 3 "Clarity Coffee" live gatherings with guests, until the end of this year. For those who want even more values and speak Romanian, I am inviting you to a new community in Romanian that offers a learning journey that is more advanced and in their native language on "Cariera cu miez" for 19$/month or 217$/year until August 25 or until the first 18 places are filled. Let's see how important is career development for all of you 😉

So...
First, I hope this message finds you well and you had a chance to take a bit of a summer break and a bit of time for self-reflection, so you can look towards the future in a more confident manner, with less fear of uncertainty and growing interest in developing meta-competencies 😃.
☕You had the summer to evaluate the content of this community and have a taste of what it could become besides what it it. Currently there are about 150 minutes worth of materials on 3 meta-skills and the main one is the foundation: learning agility. Have a look at them, if you didn't. And if you did, I look forward to read your thoughts on these materials or the 15-day email challenge on meta-skills.
💨Starting September, I am committed to my journey of sharing more about each meta-skill from the top 15 and covering them all until the end of the year or sooner with audio or video materials and exercises for a better understanding of each skill.
This being said, and considering the summer break, I would love to reconnect and hear how much this journey matters to you. So leave a comment down below or drop me a message about this :-)
💚After much pondering I decided to make this journey more personalized, so here is my plan:
1️⃣This community will remain in English and will cover meta-skills in a shorter content format, so that you have no excuse to go through 15-20 minutes of materials for each meta-skill and keep up with the rhythm during the next 4 months.
2️⃣The real value comes from interaction and you probably already know this if you are here. I know many people are lurkers and enjoy reading, observing and just staying outside the conversation and it's ok. But if you truly want to learn something, REFLECTION is the easiest thing to do and can be easily shared in the community categories: "Challenges" or "Food for thought". It's up to you how much you take from this journey. I am keeping my promise of creating the journey context.
3️⃣We all know that learning in adults is deeper and happens faster when it's paid for. Therefore, this community will have a monthly fee of 2$ starting September 1. Skool implemented a Apple/Google pay so this is as easy to pay for as any app on your mobile. I think this is a small enough amount to have some filtering of the members of this community based on your motivation to be here and ride along, while still keeping it affordable for most of the people.
4️⃣ If your learning goals are much more ambitious when it comes to the future of your career, and you are Romanian, I am glad to announce you that I have launched a paid community named "Cariera cu miez" where you will find an end-to-end program for your career development, from assessing career options based on your competencies, to updating your Career Toolkit - resume, LinkedIn profile, personal pitch/presentation and much more, to quick answers to your urgent questions in the community and if you choose to pay the annual fee, you get 2 individual coaching sessions with me, as well. In "Cariera cu Miez" I will include an extended version of the 15 meta-skills materials, these too, in Romanian.
5️⃣And the cherry on top for "The Clarity Circle" iiiisss that: starting this autumn we will continue hosting "Clarity Coffee time" with guests for specific topics with the goal of bringing clarity on those areas, with subject matter experts that are among you. It will be more like a podcast episode, but live. I will be the host and collect questions from members and bring my own questions as well, and you will have the chance to get clearer on something you have difficulties with and attend live online, or watch the recording. All these, will be in English, and by the end of the year we will have at least 3 guest-workshops.
