Tender advice
What’s the #1 mistake you made early on that you’d save others from?
No judgment — just wisdom.
I’ll go first.
We jumped in head first with 20 chicks of all different breeds. It was fun but we ended up with about half of them roosters.
I’d recommend finding what purpose you have for them and then sticking with a couple breeds designed for that.
Don’t just go with all the fun breeds you can find.
Also, have a second coop ready and available for if you have to quarantine early. 😅
