More Productive!
Posted yesterday. Wasn't even online. 😅
And it made me realize how much I used to confuse "being consistent" with "being constantly present." For the longest time I thought consistency meant I had to be online every single day — posting, replying, refreshing, making sure nothing slipped.
Turns out that's not consistency. That's just burnout in disguise.
What actually changed things was building a simple system: batch content when I have the energy, schedule it, and let it run without needing me in the room. No fancy funnel. No complicated automation stack. Just a repeatable process.
The real test of a system isn't how well it works when you're managing it closely — it's whether it holds up when you step away completely. If everything falls apart the second you log off, that's not a personal failure. It just means the system isn't built yet.
Curious what this looks like for you all — what's one part of your work (content, income, admin, whatever) that still completely depends on you being actively present? And have you tried building anything to change that?
Would love to hear what's working (or not working) for people here.
Did you know there's a group on skool that gives you a group scheduler?
