Question for you: how much of your week goes into rewriting the same idea for different platforms?
I used to think content creation meant showing up with something brand new everywhere, every day. LinkedIn post here, Instagram caption there, a totally different TikTok script on top of that. It was exhausting, and honestly it was the fastest route back to burnout for me.
What changed everything was realizing I didn't need seven ideas — I needed one good idea and a system to reshape it. Now I write or record a single core idea each week, and a simple repurposing workflow turns it into content for seven different platforms. Same message, different format, way less effort on my end.
The biggest mental shift was letting go of the idea that repurposing is "cheating." It's not. It's respecting that your time is limited and your best ideas deserve more than one shot at being seen.
If you're building any kind of income on the side right now and content is eating your whole week, I'd genuinely start here before doing anything else.
Curious — is anyone else in this group repurposing content already? What's your process look like? Would love to compare notes and maybe put together a shared template for the group.
