The “Maybe Later” Pile Is Expensive
One of the sneakiest ways clutter keeps us stuck is by hiding inside the phrase:
“I might use this someday.”
That sounds harmless… until “someday” turns into a cabinet, a closet, a garage, or even a storage unit full of things we’re paying for in space, stress, and sometimes real monthly money.
Today’s challenge:
Pick one item you’ve been keeping for “maybe later” and ask yourself:
Would I buy this again today?
If the answer is no, it may be time to let it go.
You don’t have to throw it away. You can:
• Sell it• Donate it• Give it away• Offer it free to spark Marketplace activity• Bundle it with something else
Sometimes the thing we’re saving for “someday” could become someone else’s “exactly what I needed today.”
