The rules, and why they exist
This is a closed room where contractors post real numbers. Six rules keep it that way.
- Post your real numbers. Rounded or rough is fine — specific and honest beats vague every time. Real numbers are what make this room worth being in. Nobody's grading them.
- Like what's useful. Likes are how you level up here. There's nothing to submit, no homework — the rank ladder runs entirely on the community liking good posts.
- No pitching, no spam. No selling to members, no recruiting people into your program, no affiliate links. Ask and answer in good faith.
- Keep it civil. Disagree with the idea, not the person. Everyone here is working through the same problems.
- What's shared here stays here. People post real financials because this is a closed room. Don't screenshot it out.
- Ask the specific question. "How do I price a deck?" gets a real answer. "Help with pricing" doesn't. Give the detail and you'll get a better answer.
