THIS IS YOUR DIRECT LINE TO IMPROVEMENT.
No surveys. No forms. No "we'll consider it."
Just: Tell us what needs to change. We'll fix it or explain why we can't.
HOW THIS WORKS:
📅 Weekly Check (Every Friday): I'll comment below asking: "What needs to improve THIS WEEK?"
📆 Monthly Review (First Monday of each month): I'll comment asking: "What should we prioritize THIS MONTH?"
⚡ Ongoing: Comment anytime with feedback. If it's good, it gets implemented fast.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
❌ NOT THIS (Too Generic):
- "The community is great!"
- "More content please"
- "I wish there was more engagement"
- "Can you add more features?"
✅ THIS (Specific & Actionable):
- "The 7-day experiment template is confusing in Step 3. Can you add an example?"
- "Pillar 5 frameworks feel too similar to Pillar 6. Consider merging or clarifying the difference."
- "I can't find past framework discussions easily. Add a search tag system?"
- "Friday deadlines for experiments don't work for my schedule. Can we make it flexible?"
See the difference?
Generic = We can't act on it.
Specific = We can fix it in 48 hours/Give you exact timeline to incorporate the changes
FEEDBACK CATEGORIES:
Use these tags when commenting:
#Content - Frameworks, lessons, case studies, book extractions
#Structure - Categories, navigation, organization
#Features - Tools, resources, templates missing
#Community - Engagement, culture, member behavior
#Pricing - Tier value, what you're getting vs paying
#Tech - Bugs, broken links, access issues
#Other - Anything else
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
If your feedback is:
✅ Immediately actionable (fix a broken link, clarify a confusing lesson)
→ We fix it within 48 hours and reply to confirm
🔄 Requires discussion (big structural change, new feature)
→ We'll respond explaining if/when/how we'll address it
❌ Not aligned with community vision (conflicts with core principles)
→ We'll explain why we're not implementing it
YOU WILL GET A RESPONSE. Always.
No feedback goes ignored. Even if we disagree, we'll tell you why.
THE RULES:
1️⃣ Be Direct
Don't sugar-coat. "This sucks because X" is better than "Maybe consider improving..."
2️⃣ Be Specific
Point to exact lessons, posts, features. Screenshots help.
3️⃣ Be Constructive
Don't just complain. Suggest a fix if you can.
4️⃣ No Personal Attacks
Criticize ideas, not people. "This framework is weak" ✅ | "You're an idiot" ❌
5️⃣ One Feedback Per Comment
Don't dump 10 issues in one comment. Make separate comments so we can track each.
EXAMPLES OF GREAT FEEDBACK:
Example 1:"#Content - The 'First Principles' framework says 'identify assumptions' but doesn't show HOW to identify them. Add a 3-question checklist in Step 2."
Example 2:"#Structure - I can't easily find which frameworks I've already tested. Can we add a 'My Experiments' tracker or tag system?"
Example 3:"#Pricing - Architect tier includes AI chatbot (Q2 2026) but I joined in Q4 2025. What do I get in the meantime to justify the price difference vs Scientist?"
Example 4:"#Community - Active Experiments category is getting cluttered. Can we archive experiments older than 30 days or create weekly experiment threads?"
WHAT WE'RE TRACKING:
We measure community health weekly:
📊 Framework Completion Rate - How many people finish 7-day experiments
💬 Engagement Quality - Are discussions valuable or surface-level?
🎯 Member Outcomes - Are people seeing results from frameworks?
⏱️ Time to Value - How fast do new members get their first win?
🔄 Retention - Are people staying and executing or churning?
Your feedback directly impacts these metrics.
If something's broken, we want to know before it shows up in churn rate.
COMMITMENT FROM US:
Every Friday: I'll post a weekly feedback prompt below
Every Month: I'll post what we implemented based on your feedback
Every Quarter: Full transparency report on community health + roadmap
If we mess up, we'll own it.
If you have a better idea, we'll steal it.
If something's not working, we'll fix it or kill it.
YOUR TURN.
What's broken?
What's missing?
What's working (so we don't accidentally kill it)?
Comment below. Be direct. Be specific.

P.S. The best feedback often comes from frustration. If something pissed you off this week, that's probably the most valuable thing you can share.
