This video is almost 8 months old and everything about how my body naturally craves it is true.
I'm not questioning it. I'm just enjoying the ride because this plant comes with so many gifts from nature.
I especially want to call your attention to how it's used in Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine) where it's used to pacify an excess of pitta (the fire element).
Excess fire (heat) can show up physically or emotionally.
In addition, Ayurveda uses this herb to support women's health throughout all the phases of our life.
